The Four Star Fellowship sends youth from underserved communities to overnight camp—providing a fun, safe environment that fosters fellowship and social-emotional development.

4SF partners with overnight camps and established youth development organizations all motivated by the idea that every child deserves a safe and fun summer surrounded by friends and mentors.  We provide the funding, administrative oversight, logistical coordination and programming to create a transformative experience that broadens the horizons of the young people who participate.

In addition to its central mission, 4SF incorporates a workforce development component that provides the 4SF fellows with counseling and networking services for summer jobs and internships.  Many of the 4SF participants have the opportunity to return to camp as a paid counselor or can leverage the 4SF network to explore internship and job opportunities.
